How to Deal with Printing Defects
There is no doubt that the ink cartridge is vital for a handheld inkjet printer. As it is one of the key factors determining the printing quality. Occasionally, printing problems may appear after using an ink cartridge for a period of time. The most common issues include blurriness, white lines, or missing prints. It's likely due to the ink cartridge becoming low ink , depleted, clogged or other issues. If you encounter the aforementioned printing problems, how to solve it? Here are some specific steps to address these problems:
1. Check Ink Levels:
The consequence of low ink or depletion is poor printing quality or can't be printed. In this case, it is recommended to replace the ink cartridge with a new one to solve the problem.
If the ink cartridge is sufficient, it is considered to be caused by the clogged nozzle.
2.Clean the Printhead:
If printing is blurry or white lines appear, you can gently wipe the printhead in one direction with a paper towel or cotton fabric, and then try to print a few times.
The distance between the cartridge nozzle and the printed object, the best printing effect is 1-2 mm.
3. Shake the Cartridge:
After wiping still does not solve the problem of white lines or missing lines, please try shaking the ink cartridge.
（Step 1）. Prepare some paper towel.
（Step 2）. Remove the ink cartridge from the printer.
（Step 3）. Place your ink cartridge on the paper towel with the nozzle facing down, then gently shake the ink cartridge up and down for a few times
（Step 4）. Use some paper towels to gently wipe the ink cartridge
（Step 5）. Lastly, install the ink cartridge back into the printer and run a test print.
If the text is light, you can adjust the ink level of the printer to the maximum value to test. After testing normal, you can adjust the ink level according to your printing requirements.

Store Cartridges Properly:
If you are using quick-drying ink cartridges, it is important to pay great attention to the maintenance of the ink cartridges. Proper storage can help maintain ink quality.
1). The ink cartridge needs to be stored in the shady, cool and dry area and avoid direct sunlight.
2). If you are not using the handheld inkjet printer for more than 20 minutes, please remove the ink cartridge from the printer and cover the ink cartridge nozzle with the original ink cap. Otherwise, the ink cartridge head dries out, affecting print quality.
